Rocking the Roxy and the crown screams BMG Boy!

What a weekend. I was kicking it with Slick Rick, got to make great business connections, and see all the hard work my team puts in come to life. Let me tell you about the show at the historic Roxy in Hollywood.

Man, have you ever had a feeling like this. We (Big Vee, and myself) were backstage setting up, and waiting for the black curtain to go up. You can hear the crowd faintly over the DJ mixing, but you can tell that something was just different about this show. I try to shake the feeling off, and keep preping; Big Vee grabs his mic, and makes his spot on the stage for opening, I have the product ready, mic check, DJ booth with the show CD ready, ya know. I take the time to look up at the sky, and ask God for a great show, and the strength to give the people something to talk about.

The Roxy announcer send the signal, and the curtain goes up. The music starts, the crowd rushes the stage, and the magic begins. Big Vee and I start with the heat, and the people react. The Cali Crunk Movement was in full swing.
We just drop banger, after banger, we start throwing BMG tshirts into the crowd, and people swarm. I start giving CD's out, and people can't get enough.

During my set, Big Vee was rushed for the CD's, as I sang "The Elevators Waiting" one female fan took my sweat rag, and put it in her shirt - (the ladies loved that track), but what really surprised me was seeing people actually dance during the show that had never heard the music. This only made me really put the energy out, and the crow responded by singing our hooks.
By "Ballin Off the Wall" people were so juiced, everyone was singing and dancing, and just feeling the music - The crowd singing "We Ballin Off the Wall like this!!!!!!" with us.

I don't know if you know the feeling of singing your music, and a packed house singing with you. As we finished our set out, the crowd just got more amped. This was a special night for the BMG family.

After our set, we were rushed for autographs, more CD's, and tshirts.

We were taking photo after photo, and we signed everything :0), and EVERYONE LOVED IT.

You can see allot of this in the pictures, but the magic is being in the crowd to experience Cali Crunk in person. I'm still buzzing from the excitement. All I can say is wait till the next show.

Hard work takes you to the promise land

Hello Everyone,

What's good. Man what a month March has been. We just finished the Hood 2 Hood Bay Area Edition and man was it great. The talent was hot, and people really stepped up. I am not very happy with the general state of the music industry. People are so involved with trying to be the next star, no one is building that reality.

At BMG that is how we do it, so the results have been huge, form all the artists getting to shine, to the lable being seen by the industry at large. I am very happy about the success of the business, but now its time to take it to the top. TIme to go to the next level.

Watch what we do, and holla back.

Testing my faith in good people............

Hey Yall,

Have you ever just stepped out on faith? I mean really just put your soul in the air? I like many people used to live by my mouth, but when I shed that skin, something amazing happened. I changed, and change is subtle, yet the most powerful thing in the universe; the most constant. No yall, I'm not on some high shit, just ride with me for a second.

A few years ago, I wished for allot of things - cars, money, a path to success, the all mighty dream of change was what I was looking for, but not to simply dream but to have actions that are based in reality. This is the power of dreaming, and human potential = creating great things from the simple dreams or desires of a man (or woman).

So this is the current state of me, and my reality. Constant change, growth, risk, and the dream becoming a reality (that's my reward.) As my man says, if it don't make money, it don't make since. It's not so much the money, look past that. Its the delivery of a eventually. That's the money; real money is just a tool to speed up any eventuality.

I am living the dream, working to live a dream in reality one day at a time.

See ya in a sec.

Success means doing what it takes to Win, and Win in Life!

Hello Everyone,

I hope your days are going as well as mine. No joke, I now know the meaning of the work "DESIRE" - We all want the basic stuff: Money, Power and Respect, but we don't all have what it takes to take the ball over the goal line. Alot of people have been watching me and my business grow in the music industry, starting from a dream and a few bucks to doing concerts across the US. Now the label is a business, growing and working with industry leaders. I can only say these blessings have come from my desire to be the best and Win in Life.

These are all good, but my desire is to be the best. My desire to be the best is not all money, power and respect, but its also having a hold of your innerself. Knowing when to take a chance, knowing when to sit back and shut up, and just knowing when to be in the right place at the right time; these are all things that I have learned to let into my life, and now with these lessons, and the tools that I have earned, their is no way I can lose....It's not even a option.

So enjoy the ride of life, and let me know how your feeling.
